Willow & Bloom Therapy PLLC
therapy and coaching for adults, children, and parentsSnohomish/Seattle, WA
You don’t have to keep holding everything together on your own. With over a decade of experience, my work centers around helping individuals and families heal from complex trauma and navigate the challenges that come with neurodiversity. Many of my clients come to me experiencing the aftermath of a painful childhood, living in grief, or conflict with their neurodivergent child. Maybe, it all just feels like "too much". Together, we'll create a space where you can say what you are really thinking and feeling while also working toward practical and meaningful change for you.
My name is Aysha Melendrez, LSWAIC, and I’m a licensed therapist in Washington State. I specialize in trauma therapy for children, individuals, and parents with a focus on healing nervous system regulation, complex trauma, relationship patterns, and parenting neurodivergent children. I offer online therapy and parent coaching across Washington State as well as in-person services in Snohomish County for play therapy.
In my sessions and practice, there’s room for silence, rage, grief, and contradiction. Nothing needs to be cleaned up or explained away. As an Indigenous therapist, I am especially attuned to the impact of family systems, identity, and culture.
I hope to connect with you soon and start walking with you on your path towards healing!
